3 biker couples were at a local ''club'' called the Electric Cowboy.
The Bikers got in a confrontatiom with a coupla rednecks, in the club,
and it contined out in the parking lot, according to the Texarkana
    Gazette.

The Bike riders got into a fight with the two guys, however was broken
up by the club security people.

The Bikers and the truck left the parking lot. The bikers left first,
and apparantly the black Truck followed them a fair distance behind.
The Bike group, with their gals, turned on I30 west, and the Truck
followed, and within a mile passed them, and swerved in front of the
bike group, and hit the brakes. The Bikes slammed their brakes, lost
control and one hit the back of the truck. The other two swerved
enough to skid to the side, hit the pavement, throwing all the riders
    off.

The motorcycle driven by Michael Tutt with passenger Amie Tutt struck
the back of the pickup, throwing her to the pavement, both she and the
bike skidded several hundred feet. He was thrown another direction.

She was pronounced dead at the scene. she was the only one not wearing
    ahelmet, according to the report.
A group of witnesses and good Samaritans had stopped to lend
    assistance.
The others riders and passengers were up and walking around, not hurt
    too bad.

The driver of the truck,Clinton Quincy Telford, was arrested on the
scene, and charged with one count of second degree murder, and three
counts of second degree battery. The passenger in the truck was
arrested of hendering apprehenshion. He had interferred with the
    investigation at the scene.

--------So this was not a just another motorcycle wreck, it was a
deliberate case of murder witha vehicle.
The Bike Riders, brought this upon themselves by the extra risks, of
    drinking, confrontation with the two
men at the club, probably acting tough because the were ''Bad
Bikers'', and the other risk added was
Riding in the wee hours of the night, under the influence.---------

Wow, are you ever gonna get flamed for that statement.

I guess based on that, next time you piss me off, I can shoot ya. After
all, you brought it on yourself by pissing me off, right?

Isn't that what Clayton Williams said? "If a woman gets raped, she
should just lay back and enjoy it"?

BTW, would it help if I said that in many cases I don't even have to
go out riding for people wanting to murder me....many times it just
    takes me posting here....

The driver of that pickup should be charged with murder, attempted murder
and assault with a deadly weapon.. The passenger should be prosecuted
as an accessory.. No matter what the provocation, that driver is a cowardly
son of a bitch that went after those bikers with a pickup truck as his
    weapon.

"Influence" my ass.. Since when has there been a curfew in Bowie county
    for riding a motorcycle ?

hmmm.. You do understand that we'll have to clear this trip with
Dan Beasley and Darcy McCloskey before we make this run, don't
you ? Then too.. we will have to co-ordinate carefully, to be sure
that we can be at Bjay's house and parked before those wee hours..
The curfew must have been put into effect after I left Bowie county..
as I sure haven't heard of that before..

Hold on here.. I'm just now being informed by my credible sources
in the area, that Bjay has just been observed going through Corley..
My reliable sources tell me that he was leant over and riding that
Valkyrie like a wild man.. hmmm.. Evidently, he's making another
    fast getaway..

Biff, good prediction. You aint as dumb as you appear on here....<g>
Before I get started, I need to get the necessary ointments, and band
aids, I believe. Biff--being the Ratings moderator, Ihad to make
that call, get a flame thread going. (kidding)

From what I understand from impeccable sources inside Bowie county..
There is currently a bounty being placed on you, in that area.. The Honda
store is taking donations and the amount of that bounty will be featured
in all the local newspapers and motorcycle related publications..

Meantime.. a delgation of bikers are gathering up in the DFW area, to
make a trip to Bowie county in their pickups.. As soon as the route is
resolved by GPS.. there should be a goodly convoy of vehicles app-
roaching Bowie county from the north, south, east and west.. All in pro-
test of Bjay.. May common sense prevail..

Yeah, Ed is itching to use his news GPS thang. Maybe his new one will
mess up, and steer him further on down to Brownsville, as he leads the
    FW bunch.

That's my opinion, and I'm stickin' to it. What's a risk to one rider,
might not particularly be the same to another.
Riding at night is a risk to me. I hate those ''rubber aligators'' out
there, and unseeable pot holes, and critters of all sizes.

You might want to give this a little more thought, before you become too
defiant.. Big Ed knows all the shortcuts.. He might not arrive with the crew
but he'll get there.. Just a word to the wise.. Besides all that, he's the
    one
    with the rope..

Oh.. I thought maybe there was a motorcycle curfew in Bowie county
since I was there last time.. hmmm.. Surely, if that should occur..
either Dan Beasley or Darcy McCloskey would let me know..

If that should not develop.. then, I'm satisfied that my second cousin
twice removed would definitely keep me up to speed..

Why didn't you just tell us that you are blind as a bat, instead of leaving
us to draw our own conclusions..

Hey, maybe that's it.....I do have a caddilac on one eye, the one I
depend upon, when riding........Now if I had a Black Barge, one that has
night vision instruments like I've heard of, that would make a world of
    difference........

There's a wee tiny difference between taking unneccessary risk, and
    being murdered.

  20. You are truly an idiot. I was only pretty sure before, now you've
    removed all doubt.

The 'bikers' were having a beer peacefully, when these two huge
rednecks started shit by saying something about the dood's ole lady.
Then followed them into the parking lot, where the fight happened.
They were neither drunk nor 'acting tough'. But hey, fights
    in/outside of bars happen.

It should have been over right there. What kind of idiot follows
to try to kill someone with thier truck? And why would you take
up for the killer(s)? Personal friends of yours? Maybe you can
mail 'em some KY jelly at the crossbar hotel, where they'll be
better off than they will if they ever get out.

By the way, the bike guys are patch holders, and may or may not
want to have a talk with you regarding your attitude.
