As are all people who use Hotmail
    -
    Antiquis temporibus,
nati tibi similes in rupibus ventosissimis exponebantur ad necem.

yes they are.......but the bigger scum drivers are those who drive sober,
but with no tax, insurance, licence, mot. And they are a much bigger
percentage of the driving population and a much bigger threat on the road.

Glad to see our reformed alcoholic, cross dressing, coloured, cottaging,
friend is back to bring us some light entertainment...........sadly though
though his abscence doesnt seem to have meant he has had any time to dream
up some new and original drivel to give us all a good
    laugh.............shame that..........lol

on a business trip to Denmark our host picked us up one morning and on the
way to the factory visiit stopped at a supermarket for "breakfast" a case of
    larger
and perocede to open bottles for us using his seatbelt buckle whilst
    driving!!!!
socially it was apparently better to be slightly drunk as when colliding
with an Elk was less painfull if you were relaxed

I don't drink, anyway. I look better dressed as a man than as a woman.

Cottagers: Them people are worse that doggers.

It is thought that over 10% of cars on UK roads are either driven by people
without a valid licence or valid insurance, or have no valid road fund
licence or MOT certificate. On the basis that if you get hit by one of these
people then you have no recourse via their insurance co. and the likelihood
is that if they can run they will - then you're left holding the baby, dead
    or alive.
And these people don't have the excuse of being too drunk to know what
they're doing - they know exactly what they're doing everytime they get in
their cars. And its just so easy too - buy a used car privately with £200
cash with 3 months tax (if you want to avoid roadside stops)- if asked give
false details of name and address to the seller, never register the car in
your name, never buy insurance, never worry about mot - run every speed
camera cos you don't care - get stopped by police give either the same false
details or the sellers details and take the seven day producer and never
turn up - dump the car somewhere, anywhere, and buy another. Who pays for
all this? the fully legal fully insured innocent daily driver!!

Can you substantiate that "greater threat"statement? Bill

You are more likely to be involved in an accident with an illegal driver
than a drunk driver, due to the higher percentage of illegal drivers
(includes illegal cars). And the cost to every motorist is much higher, who
pays the speeding fines for the unregistered cars?
