Daytime MOTs

    Would one of these replace an existing valid normal MOT or can one
    have the two concurrently?

    I suspect not, but I have a Cunning Plan...

    They're one and the same thing. If a bike (or car) is presented with the
    lights removed in a 'not just a missing bulb' way then they become
    untestable items. There'll be nothing on the MOT certificate to say
    that this was the case either.

    Of course, no matter how legal it is to ride around with no lights
    you're not going to get past many police cars.
