I bet you wouldn't say that if you were sat on the back.

Anyone got any suggestions where he might have fixed the camera? It looks
like it might be on his left lapel, but it doesn't angle down as he leans
forward to the bars at the beginning. I'm curious because I have one of
those little Muvi things, and I was wondering where to put it.

Well, no, but then I don't like going pillion with anyone. It was just
another one of 'those' videos, IMHO, and the comments like Wow!
Awesome! were probably all from soft-riding Yanks who aren't allowed
to filter through traffic and imagine it's a suicide ticket.

I didn't look at the comments, but, didn't you think that was a suicide
    ticket then? I did.

    a) there wasn't really much traffic - try the Norf Circular ~7:30 of a
morning to see what proper filter-worthy traffic actually looks like
    b) he wasn't actually going that fast - doubt he was over 60mph at any
point. I've gone faster down The Strand.
    c) he was riding a bit stupidly - there's no need for that amount of
lane changing in so light traffic conditions
    d) the banging trance track makes it seem faster than it really is[1]
    e) that black BMW nearly had him off right at the start.

To summarize: just another twat who can't filter for toffee.

[1] though Juno Reactor do turn out a good choon.

Oh, Come On. You must be some sort of a poof if that seemed extreme.

Poof I am then it would seem. My limit of filtering seems to be about
whatever the traffic is doing +30mph. The bit where he was in the middle
of two directional traffic looked to me like 140mph+ closing speed with
not very much space either side.

Still not as extreme as the Athens clip of sometime ago IMO.

A few "**** me" comments fro me escaped, that's for sure and if ever a ride
qualified as a suicide ticket ride, that's up near the top of the list.

The trip a few of us did to Mugello saw speeds well in excess of
100mph on the hard shoulder when the motorway was fucked and that was
after we'd been filtering at rather high speeds. That got slightly
scarey at times but we got there in time for tea and that was the
    important thing.
