I'm not sure how much of the Oirish news reaches the mainland but sadly
DL was killed at the weekend. I see it up on the BBC now.

Very sad indeed. At the going rate I won't know any of the names. He was
doing well this year. Kinda glad we didn't ride down for the event.

injured (I'm not 100% sure it was the same incident that Darran was killed
in but I *think* it was) Broken shoulder and dislocated knee if reports are
to believed.

 

Very sad but from a purely selfish POV I always hate it when this
happens as it's just another nail in the coffin for real road racing.
At this point Hog, as someone closer to it IYSWIM I'd *love* you to
tell me I'm wrong.
