    Never heard of the ****

Mind you, it's a good way to fire public interest in James Bond, especially
those of a bling and/or chav persuasion.

  4. Hmmm not sure - I'll just have to wait until Nov 2006 for his first Bond
film to be released. I'm a huge James Bond fan so I really hope he
    doesn't screw things up.

I thought Brosnan was a pretty decent Bond. They do need to do something
with the format though - I hope they can carry off the character change
they are proposing for Bond so that it reinvigorates the films.

Definitely. He certainly took to the role and it is a shame
that he isn't doing any more. It'll be interesting to see what
they do to the next film, so fingers crossed.

Yes, and I really did like it. Geoffrey Rush was good in it too.

If the role was "being in amongst blatant product placement while things
explode" then he did it well.

Yes, a good film. In some ways almost better than the book, as that
always conjured up a very different image from Brosnan's in the film.
    Very well done indeed.

I've not seen it, but is it based on the LeCarre book? If so it's a
    fairly good read.

I liked Brosnan. But I also liked Timothy Dalton, for playing the
    character true to the novels.

I liked Daniel Craig in Enduring Love, and I'm looking forward to
    seeing the Truman Capote movie.

Thing is, the Bond producers need to cut out the ludicrous "FX", such
as the invisible car, and flying a helicopter out of a plane. That
    fucks it all up.

I had to turn them down when they asked because I reckon Brosnan looks
like the true Bond to me, although his acting doesn't match Sean
    Coronary.
