Dangers of X Channel.

  1. Long time ago but there was a huge thread arguing about whether or not
    crossing the channel in a dinghy was dangerous or not.

    Well here you go. A teenage girl has done it in a Dinghy:

    ....and I've done it a few times in larger boats this year.

    QED. One of the safest sports there is.

    I just don't see the challenge in her crossing, decent weather assumed?
    it's an easy job, dry suit for warmth and a Lazer can be self righted
    inside a minute. I know people who could probably swim that distance!
