A few months ago I mentioned that I used dubbin on my leathers.

You replied that it rots stitching, and you know how but wont tell me!

today im dubbining my leathers for its yearly waterproofing and feeding and
kept thinking about it?

How does dubbin wreck stitching?

And should I be using neats feat oil instead?

I'm starting to wonder about mine too! Got tailed through Bathurst and
ducked into the last servo out of town thinking it's better to be searched
in full public view. HWP stopped, stared and waited while I filled up. Went
in to pay so thought I'd order a burger to keep 'em waiting a bit longer.
