I was told not to Mix Synthetic 2 stroke oil with regular 2 stroke oil?

What problems would this cause if my oil tank on a 2 stroke bike was low
with regular 2 stroke oil and I topped it up with Synthetic 2 stroke
    oil?

Do I really have to drain and flush the tank, pour in the new Synthetic
    2
stroke oil and blead the oil line?

Will the Synthetic 2 stroke oil help reduce decoking my engine and
    pipes?

What's the best way to clean 2 stroke pipes (expansion chambers) with
    and
    without removeable baffles?

  2. Depends on the oil. Most synthetics can be mixed with ordinary mineral
oil. A very few can't, and they usually say so on the bottle.

See above. What does it say on the bottle?
    Yes, definitely.
Removeable baffles - remove and apply a blowtorch to the carbon. Non
removeable - take exhaust off the bike. Bung up one end with a potato
(yes, really). Pour in a mixture of caustic soda. Leave to stand for 24
hours. Pour out (er, in an environmentally safe manner), rinse, refit.
