I mentioned in another thread that the local bike repair shop [1] sorted
the leak on the busa this morning and refused to take payment for doing
so, despite never having seen me or the bike before.

When I saw the leak I let the dealer I bought it from [2] know and he
couldn't have been more helpful in terms of his willingness to get
    involved and resolve the problem.

And I contacted BykeBitz [3] to see if they could source a number of
fittings for the SW-Motech rack I'd bought from ebay, and they've
offered to send them all to me. Again, at no cost.

It's all going so well I'm starting to get suspicious that I'm being
tested to see how long before I get suspicous...

And I forgot to add the HG spent a lot of time with me selecting my new
romper suit, gave me a discout and were still happy to change both
jacket and trousers after I'd ridden with them and decided a different
    size would be more appropriate.

Better than me then, I've never managed to negotiate a discount in HG,
they even charged me extra to put armour in my new leather troos, as
the jeans were on sale, they wouldn't throw them in for free.

    The fuckers :/

Well AutoWindscreens can't need the business. Two weeks ago they came
out to replace my Accord windscreen. Took all the trim off, damaging one
big bit and they realised they'd brought the screen for the new shape.
So they arranged to get the part from Honda and the right screen -
booked in for 9am today they turned up at 4:15pm.

The guy today was pretty good, reckoned the other two that turned up
were a bit pants, plus it turned out he'd got a bit drunk one night and
bought a C90 to restore - now finished, so we spent 15 minutes yarning
    about bikes.
