I am looking to get my Zephyr (ZR750) seat re-manufactured (denser
    foam, better shape).

I want something sculptured like a Corbin, but I can't find anything
off the shelf for the 750 (corbin do one for the 1100 only).

Can anyone recommend someone in Melbourne who does this sort of thing?

John Moorehouse in Brisbane does a great job of this work, just send it up,
95% of his work is via the mail.

I have had 4 seats done by him and I am happy to recommend his work.

Reliable retrim in Glenroy. Can vouch for the good work he did when I got
    the Dukes seat retrimmed.

The photos on his site are exactly what I'm after. Thanks for the link.

My K1200RS seat is starting to crack, and also the other-half (who has
only just started to pillion with me after a few years of refusing) is
complaining of numb-bum syndrome after a few hours in the saddle.

So, can anyone recommend similar in Sydney please ?
