    My experience of them today:

Having ordered an item on ebay (their shop) using Buy Now 5 days ago.
Didn't receive anything but the stock "you've won the item" type emails. A
little worried not to have heard anything from my follow up emails.

Followed up again. Left VM a few days ago. No return calls from this.

    Today, called at 9pm ish.
They find the "ebay" item that I should have won, doesn't actually exist in
    stock.
They want to replace with another (Ledrie). Its usually at least £120.
It'll cost me £17.50 for extra difference, and next day posting,
    understanding that they fucked up.

Oh no, thats not good enough. 2 hrs later, they recalc and decide they have
fucked up again, decide they want an extra £50.
Um, no says I. You verbally agreed and I get put on hold having asked for
    mgr.
10 mins later of hold music, cut off.

Call them back, and I try and mediate a value between the initial they
agreed to and £50 and I'll be happy. Not good enough for them (having
already fucked up twice now). So I have asked for a refund.

Human relations nightmare from a bunch of incompetent **** wits, or what?

Tell them you are going to report them to ebay after twelve days as a non
    performing seller.

They'll fucking sit up and take notice then.

I had problems with them a couple of years ago, over some zorst's and a
passing light kit for my Dragqueen 1100.
The zorts where a bit of a nightmare, but got that sorted, the passing light
bracket is still in my garage as there was no way I could get it to fit, and
    they couldn't sort it either!
Wouldn't use them again I'm afraid.

    Just my 2p'orth

I followed the eBay directions which suggested PayPal complaint first so
I've started with that, but that's just to make sure they refund as verbally
agreed. However, I literally wouldn't trust any agreement after todays
dealings, hence why the backup with the "formal" followup.

I made it clear that they have offered to refund though so they ARE
cooperative, as they did indicate they wanted to refund it off the card
details supplied (which they were going to take the initial "extra" payment
    with).
However I did pay with Paypal, NOT by card which was only to bolster the
extra they wanted on the phone for the alternate bits - to confuse things,
and so I probably won't know for a while whether its been refunded 'cos
    banks are like that.

I am well and truly sure they will hopefully take notice, and not lead
people on again. My neg feedback once I get my refund, is guaranteed for
themselves and future customers to pay attention to this. I certainly will
make a point to ignore them.

  5. They know it's you. And who can blame them?
