Custom control cables

    Ok so not strictly a classic bike question but hey I want a practical
    answer!

    Want to either extend a pair of throttle cables or have longer ones made.
    Who might stock the parts (cable, nipples) to manufacture and who makes
    custom cables using the OEM end parts.

    It's for the drag bar conversion (now done) on my Gixxer.
