On Friday evening, round at Matts house, I slipped on some ice and
fell upon my ribs...
Fortunately my fall was broken by a low corner of a brick wall...

A & E were very good, Ive cracked some ribs, give it 6 weeks and Ill
be fine...

Bugger me but it hurts...

Hah. Almost a year since of me doing something similar and (felt like)
cracking a rib at the back. Fucking lucky I didn't bang my head on a
concrete step.

Ouch. I once went a cropper on ice walking from the car park to work.
Luckily my brief case (executive lunch box) took most of my weight on
its side so I got off lightly.
