    I suspect that they don't.

IIRC, the RT was up market enough to have adjustments on the front unit,
which makes it hard to fit to an R850R, as the adjuster has no place to
    poke into.

The rear one may possibly fit, but I'm not sure enough to spend the
requisite number of arms and legs on postage to find out.

    But thanks for the thought...

It's probably something to do with what people round here call my accent.

I don't have an accent. It's everyone else talks funny. :)

Oi! Mines still going, just a little the worse for wear after going
    down a gravel driveway sideways.

    Wish it was that.

That original message of yours had something in it, perhaps one of the headers,
that was causing my proxy server to crash when it tried to retrieve the message.

Ended up deleting the header after marking it as read. Rest of aus.moto
    downloaded fine after that.

<shrug> It was certainly nothing deliberate.

Assuming anyone else reads any of my posts, the fact that no one else
has mentioned a problem makes it look like something your proxy server did.

A mate has some acreage on the Atherton Tablelands. I've been going up
and down the driveway (some gravel, river rocks sticking out etc) for
years without trouble. Eeven rode the trump down on one occasion on a
wet and muddy day with the trailer on the back - got pushed around
and stayed upright. This time a little too slow and too much back
brake, the rear decided to race the front down the driveway. More
damage to the ego than the bike (there was an audience, of course). A
crack and some scrapes which are fixable.

Undoubtedly. Just wondering what it might've been.
It's a program called Newsproxy. Handy for filtering out the rubbish that
eminates from excessive cross posts, those that post from Google Groups and
other user configurable filtering. It's been doing a fair bit lately and I'm not
    sure why.

I go into the folder and then display the headers-only messages which then shows
the guilty message, which I then cancel the message body retrieval and delete
    the offending message.

Unfortunately, yours was one of them the other day.

If you go filtering the rubbish out you're going to be pretty lonely in
    here :)
