    Am I unlucky or what?

Was trying to rebuild a spare rack of GS650 carbs. Needed impact driver
    to break screws loose.

Float bowl drain screw on one carb had been previously broken and was
too short to screw in. None of the local stores sell 8mm bolt with fine
    thread.

Carbs are abosultely totally gummed up with black junk everywhere.
Two of the float valves are shot in the retracted position
One of the rubber plugs over a jet is super mushy
Trying to get the floats out had trouble driving the pin out on #2 with
a fake pin punch. Suddenly the pieces the pin goes through on #4 both
broke off, after that float had been removed, and I did not touch them
with the hammer. Then one broke off on #2 as well.

At least I did get all the jets out! Perhaps should sell as parts?
