I don't know if anyone is aware of the UK's alternative to Goodwood, the
Cholmondeley (pr. "Chumley") Pageant of Power which was being held in
Cheshire last weekend. The web site is here: http://www.cpop.co.uk.

According to the web site there were some brilliant bikes on display
    last year including:

    Machines entered in 2010 included Barry Sheene's 1981 Yamaha OW53, a
    Honda RC181, a 1910 Singer, 1929 Norton Model 18, 1967 Norton Manx
    FB167, 1977 CB750, 2008 Yamaha TZ1 British Superstock racing bike, 2010
    ZX-10R Ninja Kawasaki, 2010 Suzuki GSXR 1000, 2010 Ducati 848, 1934
Velocette Dog Kennel 500 and the awesome 1929 Bohmerland 4 Seater, from
the Sinsheim Museum in Germany, not to mention a host of other historic
    and modern exotica.

    Worth a look.
