Heh. Glad to hear you escaped.

I covered the fromt brake for most of the journey back as I was
filtering though 5 miles of standing traffic on the M1 between MK &
    Luton

No near misses, but as I hit the M25 junction, it started raining :-(

Then a slow crawl round to the M40 in more standing traffic & awful
    visibility in the rain.

Cranked it up through the roadworks to the M3 and a fast thrash home
    to tea and crumpet(s).

Good weekend, the bike went very well. Just needs a few tweaks to get
rid of the vibes, just getting around to booking it in ..

    Cheers,

    Paul.

Those would be the roadworks with the 40MPH limit, would they sir? The
ones that are festooned with cameras, sir? Those ones?

Well, I just checked the stats on the ZX12.

    0-100 mph: 5.54 sec. Top-gear roll-on, 60-80 mph* 3.17 sec.

Which means I can do quite a bit of damage between the cameras :)
