FWIW, I showed your film to an acquaintance (recent ex-janitor, and of
the 'hang-em-and-flog-em' persuasion) this evening. His opinion was that
he didn't see a WDC there. And the two muppets in the car should be
ashamed of themselves for the comments they were making.

In the circumstances he suggested a chat with the duty brief, with a
view to getting the CPS to drop the WDC on the day. He thought it
unlikely that a 'not-guilty' would significantly increase the pain if
they went against you.

This advice is probably worth what you paid for it.

IME motorway plod unmarked cars are not really unmarked at all, they're
smothered with radio aerials, usually about seven of the buggers IIRC. The
ones I've seen have also always been powerful motors, I suppose there'd be
no point in shoving a widdy little Nissan Micra or whatever out there, has
to be summat quick. There are a few other telltale signs around 'em that
give the game away but you need more time and usually a better vantage point
from which to spot them (stuff like blue lights behind the radiator grill
etc).

What I noticed on the vid, was that plod weren't really too impressed with
the speed: 'not excessive speed' were the words I heard.

Some, others I've only realised when close enough to spot other
signs[1] or seen the advertising come on. Saw what I believe was a
stealth police bike sunday going the opposite way. All black K1200?[2]
near Ringwood, rider in black with a sam brown, flashing headlights
and blues in the fairing.

[1] Like 2 uniformed officers
[2] Opposite carriageway and moving at speed

That by itself should be reason enough for the case to get binned. AFAIK
cops are sposed to know the law. As a rule, I think *most* cops do a job
that I wouldnt want to do. But some of them are just arseholes. Namely
these two.

Twats. Admittedly, it did take you two a while to notice you were being
pulled, but apart from that, theres nothing there that I dont do several
times a week...

Thats just bad luck guys. Lets hope the two coppers get syphilis or
