Depends on the court code. I got banned for doing about 120, but as the
court code was only SP30, it simply counted as a minor speeding offence.
insurers look at the court codes, not the penalty.

 

My insurance was £196.00 fully comp.

Caught in the car at 125mph I got £350 fine and 2 week ban.Nil points.

Insurance time premium went up to £1440. cheapest fully comp or £2700 most
expensive.
