Which specific tossers did you have in mind? Those who don't pay their

  3. So who's going to sue a Cloggie from the UK?

I have a suspicion I know who he's referring to, but it's only a guess.

That was me, and yes it was, I have no complaints. My faith in this
    group remains.

That would have been a short term loan, Shirley.

Me too now, but it's more of an educated guess. I hope I'm wrong
though, or it's all just some big misunderstanding.

Reciprocated, I assume, given how much whisky you were sitting on at
    one point.

And this is why he might as well just announce it. The rumour-mongering
has started in earnest and the finger-pointing can only follow.

See other post. It is now a last resort. I should've thought it through
a bit before making the OP. I didn't really realise finger-pointing
    would commence.

Before naming and shaming, I will give this person a chance to make
good on his promise, although, results from the past would indicate
this might be a dead end anyway....

I think the problem with a lot of this sort of thing is that it's often
impossible to take to court as there's no contract and/or it will open
up a new and possibly worse can of worms.

Hopefully the threat of naming and shaming will result in the desired
    outcome.

  15. I'd forgotten that one. My other post refered to a similar line in
    Monsters Inc.

No, I have other issues with him. He robbed me of my FBOTY award, years
ago, by crashing only moments before me. Had a speech and tears ready
    and everythink....

Not the brand new compressor you picked up from me, was it?

You *are* joking? This is ukrm.

On a more serious note, I remember, some years ago, someone ruminating
here about buying a bike I was selling, and Bear said something along
the lines of (a) TOG really knows his shit here and (b) he'll not ****
you over because nobody will ever let him forget it.
