Conundrum

  1. Once you have judgement though the only option is bailiffs online if
you want any other options you have to transfer it to a local court
county Court bailiffs are not that effective , they take on average
6 weeks before they visit and send them a letter before so anything
of any value is gone anyway

    It also costs you £100.00

  2. No they wont its not illegal to have several accounts or to move your
money around , slightly different if they emptied all the accounts or
transfered it into a third parties account to avoid collection
The bank is only required to pay if funds are available or the action
wont take the account overdrawn , you also need to know the banking
    details.

    Well duh.
"easily circumvented" implies that's exactly what you meant, & what I
    replied to.

I'll take your word on it.
Didn't cost me a penny. YMMV.

That's what's eating me up now. One of the persons concerned is better
off than I. It would have been nice if a token payment was done at
least, or even if he admitted unreservedly he should have done
something. Unfortunately, although he said he could have been a bit
more pro-active (no shit sherlock), all I got were two snotty emails
    and that's it, nothing more....

  7. Oh, stop pissing about, Spete, name & shame. If nothing else, it'll stop
another ukrm-er being stitched up by the same bugger.

(As to ID - I have a shrewd suspicion)

His must've been shite then and yours must've been good, but the whole
episode hasn't filled me with confidence that they're any good.
    I reckon.

They didn't cost my lad anything either, which was about what they were
worth. They'd go round to cuntynuts place, try to gain access to him but his
secretary just said "He's not in" and they'd **** off home (or wherever).
They'd go back a couple of more times and get the same runaround and they
*never* got face to face with him, so in the end... back to court.

Back in court, the judge gave a rather wistful look when the actions of the
bailiffs were described in court by the bailiffs themselves. He didn't hide
    his look either.

I used to think like that. Almost every other month in fact when a pal (now
dead) would come round for anything from 50 quid to (IIRC) 800 quid so he
could balance his books. He was a steward at a Conservative Club and the
committee did an audit every month and frequently came up short, so he'd
come to me for a "bridge". He was a bit of a gambler!

The **** died on me though, leaving me a little out of pocket and not for 50
    quid either.

I still miss him though and it's been around 5 years since he died.

    The Older Gentleman wibbled forthrightly:
I'm with Mr M on this one. For exactly his reasons. Put it another way.
Spete would have been on the French run if it wasn't for said person.

Spete, stop letting him screw your life around.
I've got a feeling I know, but what you've just said is spot on. Stop
someone else from being stitched up. Obviouslt Spete is being far too
nice. I don't know how he's kept quiet on this.

He would have been able to afford to go on the French run if said person
had come through. Said person wasn't necessarily on the French run, just
caused Spete not to be. Allegedly.

    Bored now.

Could be. All I know is it is not a proper ukrmer, it is one of the
