    Yeah, those fuckers.

    Could certainly have been.

Oi, original poster: the bloke who pulled you over and took your
keys...did he drop them on the ground and ask you to bend down and
pick them up whilst he was masturbating in his (second-hand off eBay)
police leather trousers? And did he ask if you wanted to see his
    puppies?

  4. My lad was done for doing 50 in a 60 limit. Specifically going passed a
hospital on a road that had a 'national' limit. He opted to go to court
and the police, in court, moved the offence half a klick down the road
    into a 30 limit.
Apparently 50 odd people got done in this speed trap and my lad was the
only one that noticed where the 30 limit ended.

    Still got fined and points.

I did take it further Look for the original posting I made.

Certainly my advice. Find one in the vicinity of the prevailing court who
    specialises in Traffic cases.
You would be amazed at what can be achieved.

Also, you should be writing a letter of complaint through your solicitor
detailing the event and making an *Official* complaint to his Chief
Cuntstable. They are obliged to respond. If he has previous complaints you
    might be taken seriously.

    My experience would suggest:

    1. Respond to each and every letter at the last possible date.
    2. Put off admitting riding/driving the vehicle until the last possible
    date.
    3. Do not fill in their forms, reply using a letter
    4. Be as difficult and demanding as you can be, whilst remaining polite.

But above all else, work under the guidance of a solicitor.
