  2. Forgot this one item.

A good thing to remember is that if you don't understand the amendment, then
you should vote no. It's the responsibility of the state to explain what we
are voting for. Its always harder to your get rights back, after they have
    been taken away.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW, JUST VOTE NO

  3. I believe its mandated by the legislature that the for and against
constitutional amendments must be presented. In the past it was always by
newspaper, tv, or radio. We know thats too much info for tv or radio so
only newspapers carried it and unforunately they do it the day of the
    election only.
When the internet came along and the state of Texas got onboard, they redid
their mandates and required it to be posted on the internet.
Now its been on the Texas Legislative website and the Secretary of State
website since the 97 session. So after this session they don't have a link
to it on either website and I had to do some hunting for it. You may want
to remember the http://www.tlc.state.tx.us/ Texas Legislative Council
website. This group is setup to provide research information to the
legislature and the public. Since this administration is working hard to
keep this election secret, you may need to keep this website in the back of
your minds in order to find things.
