"We can help trademark owners deal with trademark infringement
situations. We put together a business team to enforce, litigate,
recover and manage infringed trademarks. Typically, an LLC is formed,
and the trademark owner gets a portion of ownership in the LLC.
Team members have deep experience with intellectual property. Members of
the procured team can include: a technology broker, licensing executive,
senior IP counsel, outside counsel and/ or other professionals.

Due to the high costs of these actions, normally the infringers have to
be sizeable [1](Fortune 500® size) corporations and the damages have to
be in the multiple millions of dollars to justify the invested legal and
management expenses. Some cases will take years to wind through the
system. However, with proper business strategy and management, and under
the cloud of potential litigation, many of these matters can be settled
    without going to court.

Some preliminary due diligence will be conducted to make sure the claim
    is strong.

To consider a particular situation, there are certain requirements,
information, and documents that are needed. Please provide:

Timeline and Executive Summary of the situation

    Registered Trademark preferrably (almost exclusively)
    Confirmation that trademark is owned
Title Issues. Is there contested ownership?
    Size of Damages
    Size of Market
    Documented Use
    Field of Use Information
Notices of Infringement, if any (and responses, if any)
    Infringing Company(ies)
    Extent of Infringement
    Market Trends

[1] Fortune 500 size, arrrr not just yet....
