Compression tester adaptor

Greetings all, does anyone out there have any idea where I can purchase
(hopefully from an online source as I'm in Canada) a fitting/adaptor to
reduce my compression tester end piece ( from the smallest auto size of
14mm ) to a mc sized 12mm thread?

But, I don't fully understand the "-1.25mm" measurement.

I'm assuming this is some kind of thread depth, or thread
density description. Better understand that....

It's thread-pitch on the metric system (similar to the '20' in 1/4-20
SAE thread).
