Commuters: A thought from last night

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Whinging Courier, Oct 11, 2007.

  1. Quite possibly, but almost entirely the worst form of road scum on
earth. It is with good fortune I'll miss the shower of cunts this
morning but it's in the evening time it seems to be worse and that's not
just the car drivers and pedal cyclists. The pedestrians are cunts, too,
jumping out and spoiling the flow of traffic and thus fucking it up for
    the next poor lemming.

Obviously commuters on motorcycles are a bunch of get-in-the-way tossers
as well but they are worthy of mention because I won't be riding my bike
much now until the spring next year so anyone riding a 'Blade through
London at this time of year needs their nuts looking at.

You are clearly not meant to be up at 6AM unless it's on the way home
    from a party.

There is a book written by a very charming fellow called Tom Hodgkinson
which may help you, it's called "How to be Idle". The first three
chapters are dedicated to staying in bed until you've properly
contemplated life, the universe, and everything.

  3. What on earth gives you that idea? I thought going to work every day was
a party but that's unreasonable because I'm in love with my job at the
    moment.
Some might say I taught dearest Tom everything he knows but clearly I've
never met the man. Some might say that life and the universe come full
circle but I say that it's time to redress the balance and get on with
    the business of being busy.

You haven't quite mastered the art of sarcasm, but 10/10 for effort.
    I rest my case m'lud, clearly 6PM suites you better :) .

Something tells me you're not a night owl, I've usually been asleep
about 5 hours by that time, and have a couple more to go if I'm lucky.
