I said that was at less than 45mph. RTFP

    Average gap
**** *right* off! 40", I'll give you! In most UK motorway truck "queues"
there ain't enough room to fit one family sized car between each lorry!
#1 I disagree wrt to the majority - although we've all seen poor tailagting
from cars & bikes, lorries seem to have the % monopoly sewn up.
#2 Even if the lorry gap was, on average, greater for less speed, which I
don't believe, the stopping distance for even the smallest LGV is much
further and the carnage much worse when the inevitable happens as there's so
much more energy contained within 10 tonnes of metal and cargo than 2
    tonnes.

    Umm.

    This is not a site.

    What's a 'sentance'?

    What's a 'caravaner'?

    Why would an ISP care?

I suggest you learn to read crossposting headers.

And tell 'John&Lisa' from the uk.recs.sheds.draggable group not to *start*
the crossposting (to spamvertise their webshite) to avoid any future
    recurrences.

You may have noticed a general disinclination towards caravans on the groups
    this was crossposted to.

    OOOARR

Did I mention you by name! so you conclude I did or is it just a guilty
    conscience
    =.
Again did I mention you but if the cap fits
does not run rings around certain types, he is pompous to the degree only he
is right, he is rude and obnoxious, has no interest in caravans, is
argumentative and foul mouthed and well suited to the title of village
idiot, though I think that's an injustice to village idiots.

When you can achieve the plaudits in your chosen activity (professional or
otherwise) that Conor does then you will have done something to be proud of.

In playing his part to the full Conor recognises the need in every community
or other grouping for there to be an idiot or someone to be the butt of
everyone else's humour and/or anger and so he is providing a valuable
service to the denizens of various newsgroups on a regular basis. On
occasions, when there is a crosspost, he is happy to extend his efforts
    further afield.

Indeed, if Conor did not exist, he would have to be invented.

Everyone should give thanks and praise to Conor Turton, Usenet's very own
    village idiot.

Are you in pain? Oh, I see, it was a 'witty' remark - you should be on
    stage!
Clue: you replied to my post mentioning 'low life'
I think, from the tone of that reply, everyone can judge who the village
    idiot is around these parts.

Thank you for you kind remarks, but we would not get along in the least, I
don't like or see the need to use foul language on a news group such as
this, remember children can read these posts, I note you too have little
command of the English language so therefore respectably suggest it is you
who would most probably get along with Conor famously, you could swear at
each other all the time :)

The use of a particular style of language is not indicative of intelligence.
We often see comments in which an individual's style is condemned and yet
the complainant fails to demonstrate any superior intellect or linguistic
ability. Indeed, quite often s/he demonstrates their own vacuousness to all
    concerned.
