    )
Adrian...in the UK for a case to "get dropped" it has to at first proceed.
This is initiated by the police levelling the appropriate charge(s) as they
see fit. In Scotland the case goes to the Procurator Fiscal (PF). They
decide whether the case goes to court or not. From your recent threads
asking me if my case got dropped, if you researched and read the threads
that you and John & Lisa have poseted youll see that in the Glasgow case
(the one in which you ask) the police werent involved.
Its all there - just read it.

Been a while? Meanwhile the traffic volume has grown significantly around
the uk. Also it would depend upon the length of queue that youd have to
overtake (especially if im in a truck at the head of it.) Im not saying its
impossible because its a variable but you take your chances on the A9.

  10. No, you've been pretty consistent about it. Mined ewe, given the nature of
that last sentence of yours, I'm not wholly surprised.

    I'd say.

So you have seen the many thousands of posts I have made to usenet?
If you had, you would know that I usually do snip whenever there
would be a lot of quoted text otherwise.

  14. I've seen all the ones you've made here, wherein you seemed to deem snippage
wholly unnecessary. Why this deviance from your purported norm?

    I don't know.

I was posting quickly, but that is no excuse.

I do quite often not snip if the total text will show easily on my
page at once, but even then, I more often than not do so.

I know nothing about bikes? I probably have more licence categorys that
    youll ever have.

Have you actually *been* up the A9 (or down) in heavy traffic? Because if
what youre advocating above about overtaking then you come across as
dangerous rider forcing other vehicles to brake for you to force your way
    in.

If you're as ignorant of those other categories as you are of bikes, I
find it quite terrifying that you drive for a living.

So using two clicks is "not being able to" do it then is it?

Using Agent the away you choose to is not the criterion for using it
    "properly".
And nothing. That is your choice, and is perfectly valid. But it isn't
    the only valid choice.
    No.

I just prefer not to have the list cluttered up by thousands of
messages I have no interest in.

What I am getting at is that you are suggesting I am "not able" to
filter out what I don't want to see.

Since I have said previously that it takes me two clicks, that implies
that you think it only counts as being able to do it if it can be done
    with one click.
I "bother" because I *don't* use it in a "basic" fashion. And because
it is well superior to OE in many ways.

What on earth makes you think I choose to use it in a "somewhat basic"
    fashion?
    Yes.

I was just making the point that is why you can kill a thread with
    just one click.

If (as I do) you prefer to purge read messages (and unread without
bodies) after a few days, then in order for killing a thread to
"stick", you need to keep one message from the thread.
What on earth makes you think I don't?

This is the second time you have suggested that, in spite of my quite
clearly stating that I can do it with just two clicks.
