So if he tows *that* caravan with *that* car he needs to keep it at least
200kg lighter than it's rated max weight.

Even that I challenge. I'd be surprised if there are more than a few
dozen A or B roads where 40mph is a safe speed for all sections where
60mph is the limit.

 

The assuption has remained the same.

 

He wont understand that. According to him the roads are built purely for
speed knobs with egos as large as their exhausts are as loud.
