Cerberus let forth with a mighty belch and uttered :
Dunno about the Tomahawk tyres, but I've had colour matched tyres for years.
My prediliction for black bikes helps.

No, I've not used them. Please note road grime builds up on them,
making the coloured bit dirty. Which looks naff. Also, they show up
chicken strips far more, which also looks crap. Finally, they don't
really match any of the colours, ergo they look shite. the only thing
that might look interesting (and only once) would be a burnout doughnut
    - would it look yellow from yellow tyres? Would "laying a darkie" now
    be "laying a reddie"?

Although, if you were able to do such feats I wouldn't have thought
coloured tyres were at the top of your shopping list.
