Ok, so lets say you have a Kawasaki that is a blank canvas that needs
spraying. Would you go for Kawasaki green with the full WSB sticker kit, or
all black with just the basic stickers, and possibly some carbon look stuff?

    Please vote now.

A Vulcan would look pretty ridiculous in lime green with WSB stickers on it.

Yeah , that Kawasaki green would be alright in highlights , I guess , but as
a base colour for a bike it really sucks.

I would like to meet the arsehole that inflicted that colour onto the
general public so I could give him a whole of shit about it.

black 2004 ZX-10R paint scheme, ie. All black, orange highlights (not too
    much).

Piss the wanky carbon fibre lookalike stuff off.

No stickers, perhaps a ZX?R sticker (if its a ZX?R).

    Cheers,

Good call, although I have a carbon muzzy that looks quite nice on my black
    Ninja.
Ninjas should be black, makes sense really...

Uhm, go the third option. Go the looks-like-black-but-is-actually-
dark-dark-dark-dark-dark-blue that Kawasaki used on my 2003 ZZR250.

It's an awesome colour. Looks totally black from more than
three feet away, but if you catch it at the right angle, with some
light reflecting off it, it looks really nice. Makes buggers double-
take when they comment on how nice your bike looks in black,
and you reply "It's not black"...

Oh, and absolute-screaming-bare-minimum stickers. Don't even
run a number plate if you reckon you can get away with it! And
    lose the carbon-look, that's *so* 2003.

The 'Kawasaki' on my tank is in the form of raised (1-2mm
thick - Blind Freddy would have no dramas reading it) plastic
silver letters. If those float your boat, you could presumably
order them as a spare part. The 'ZZR' is a flat sticker.

Just black, with a superior attitude and a sneer at multi-coloured bikes.

  14. There were some very nice Purplish Black ZX9R's , Lime green Tank transfers
and with Lime Green wheels, a few years back.

  15. Perhaps you are in the minority, Kawa wouldn't use that paint colour, if
nobody wanted it over the alternate one, they wouldn't supply it.
The fact that it has been around for such a long time, and there is a sports
bike in one capacity every year in Lime Green confirms it's popularity.

Wonder how Honda got called 'Big Red', when Ducati sports are in Ferrari
    Red, year after year ?.
Personally I prefer Lime Green, and had a ZX9R and a ZX6R in Lime Green,
both first choices, and considered a new ZX9R recently, because it was in
Lime Green, rather than that Candy Green imitation.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we ALL agree on that !

I'ld go a matt black, similar to how the paint is done on a rockster,
with some very modest kawasaki green stickers to give a hint of what
the bike is and possibly some green highlights that would only be
    visible from certain angles.

Actually, the matt-ish black colour that Honda use on the
    current VTR250 is not bad.
