    I know, I ended up with a Bandit 600 (£1500 budget) quite pleased with it
    but just get a little bit jealous when an SV goes by... think it's a V
    thing, I like the sound.

    Think my favourite "sounding" bike is a Suzuki TL1000 is it? big V I think?
    there where two of them on a ride out recently and they thundered passed me
    a few times.

    Good, aren't they? I found them hard to get on with initially, but now they
    seem like a natural part of the bike. And v. snug!
