'S a bastard. Can take hours. What's even more of a bastard is
trying to look round/through a strand or two of ginger hair which
always pops out over an eye. Time I cut it all off - after Winter.

Following Whinging Courier's advice and nipped fingertips last week, I have
just invested in some bar muffs. This morning was a lot colder than last
week, but my fingers remained nicely unnipped. But I am having to get used
to the controls being a bit fiddlier to find.

    Eeeek!

I take it you don't mean piddly stuff like brake levers and clutches,
but the more vital switches like heated rear window and fog lights.

    Really?

Put yer money where yer mouth is, and I'll undergo a sponsored
de-gingering in aid of TeamUKRM in spring - at the BOSM, perhaps.
I'll even let you and Champ wield the clippers.

Kin isn't. For the first time in about 5 years I stepped out of the
house into the frosty air without wearing bike boots this morning. My
feet were fucking frozen 'till lunch time.
