Haven Road appears to be rather long, does anyone live locally or has anyone
visited this place before ?

Care to drop a pushpin on a google map for me ?

(There does appear to be a rather large car breakers down there looking at
the satellite piccies, not sure if this is the place).

 

That'd be Charlie who was working as a mechanic at a large Colchester
bike dealership when it went pop a few years back. He's a sound chap.

I haven't visited his new premises yet, but did pop in to his old unit
on a farm just outside Colchester a while ago. Couldn't even tell you
how to get to that place.

 

Yeah, been there a few times. It's a huge unit with loads of bits
already disassembled and in boxes inside the warehouse. Last time
I was there, about 3 weeks ago now, they had 7 people doing full-time
packing and a couple of people dismantling bikes!

Sound blokes, know their stuff.

Must be lovely working there, stuffed between the sewage works & that
stinking river. I don't miss living just up the road on Avon Way. I miss
that fucking Magic Roundabout even less.

 

Eye thang ewe.... appreciated. There's nowt worse then driving up and
down a street trying to find an often unmarked industrial unit !
