Looking at Buster's Accessories website[1], I see that I can get a standard clutch kit for 43.95, plus a new set of springs for 7.95. Seems quite reasonable, really. Alternatively, I can get a so-called "heavy duty clutch kit" (including plates and springs) for 79.99. Is it worth the extra 30 quid for the heavy duty kit? And what's actually "heavy duty" about it? Stiffer springs? Longer lasting friction material? Will it make me more attractive to members of the opposite sex? [1] Can't be bothered shopping round, and I'm away from home so I can't just pop into my friendly local independent motorcycle accessories supplier.
