Got a bunch of stuff I'm going to be chucking out unless someone wants it.
All free, but to be picked up, because I ain't postin nuffink. If you like
car boot sales you could probably make a bunch of cash and keep what you
    want.

    Diamond Plus 22 inch monitor
A box of assorted pre-recorded videos (Disney and other cartoon films, Day
Today, Eddie Izzard, Sapphire and Steel, (basically an assortment of crap)
Box of audio tapes, again too many to mention.
Box of pc equipment (power supplies, cd drives, etc, stripped from pcs over
    the years)
A couple of knackered old desks.

Let me know sharpish if you want any of it, it's going within a week or so.

The monitor would be really usefull if I could pinch that?

Down at hoddeston this evening and lenham (via dartford) tomorrow is either
of those close enough to you, in return for some beer tokens of course?

I've no idea where those places are (hoddeston doesn't even come up on
streetmap) but if you can get to Twickenham then it's yours. Twickenham is
just off the end of the M3 along the A316. Send an email to the address I
gave and I'll bung you my mobile number, it's very easy to get to mine from
    the A316.

Thats because I mis-spelled it (Hoddesdon) it's just up the A10 from the
M25. I will be in an artic which makes getting down housing estates and such
    a bit tricky.

    Twickenham's wide as yer like.

It'll probably have the complementary addage of fuckwits parking their
cars on the corners of roads though... Never thought of that <g>

  10. Tempted. How much will fit on the DT? (Got a 25 kg bag of
Taubenfutter home from the local garden centre today; much less hassle
than carrying it on foot down Pield Heath Rd and then all the way across
the Heath itself, like I did with the first one.)

Damn, beaten to it. Jordan would love the Disney videos. Cane, if you
get em do you fancy stuffing them onto DVD-Rs and posting them this way?

Twickehnam. Bezz round the M25, junction 12 (or whatever the M3 one is).
When the M3 runs out after about 10 miles signs for Twickenham will
    magically appear.

I think this is right - and simonk may know for sure, but:

    http://www.streetmap.co.uk/streetmap.dll?G2M?X=517800&Y=174265&A=Y&Z=1

There's a boathouse right on the edge of the river (surprisingly
enough). There's only one way to deliver 30 foot boats.

Bloke I used to know was a driver for the organisation what trucks for
the bands. Before he jacked in the trucks for Limos to become a
Chauffeur for the same lot he did The Who tour of Russia, the one what
the Beeb filmed that shows him backing the thing up the street, through
the front doors of the theatre, down the aisle and right up to the
stage. 100yds in a dead straight line with half an inch to spare on
    sides and top.

He wasn't terribly proud of it though cos he missed *everything*[1]. He
reckons it is because he was straight because the band hadn't turned up
    yet.

[1] He had this well deserved reputation for "teaching blind muppets the
value of their NCB". Cracking aim he had, he could peel the wing off a
car with his trailer and still leave the tyre intact
