What does everyone use to clean their wheels? Mine could use a good
cleaning but the mag cleaner for my truck says not to use on motorcycle
wheels. Aluminum wheels by the way covered in chain lube and brake dust.

    Thanks..

WD-40 on a rag works great for me.

For a real chain lube mess, I use WD40 as Mark suggests. Don't spray it
on because it can foul your brake pads. After wiping off the worst of
the gunk, I use S100 (also sold as "Hondabrite").

Some mag wheel cleaners are caustic. While good for unfinished metal,
it can remove paint (including clear coat) and anodize. Worst case, it
gets under the tire bead and creates porosity in the paint that produces
a slow pressure leak that can be cured only by stripping and refinishing
the wheel. It can also ruin bearing dust seals and get into the bearing
    itself.
