Mainly peg hangers & that, lacquer is coming off (i think) i want to clean
up, but dont want that horrid polished look.

The lacquer is coming off patchy, how do i get it all off even like?

Only bits that are letting bike down now the wheels will be getting done
    this week :)

Anywhere that does stove enameling, or powder coating will have shot
blasting kit. Try the yellow pages.
