Classic insurance - what's the definition?

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Dave Jennings, May 31, 2005.

  1. Any advice? Looking to re-insure the 1989 VS 1400, and someone
mentioned it might qualify ( just ) for classic because of the age.

Is that so? If so, any ideas who to get quotes from, as I'd assume
there are insco's who specialise in this more than others.

    Ta, as ever.

Carole Nash, as ever. There are others, like Footman James, but Auntie
Carole does most SOB owners here just fine.

CN generally takes classics as anything over 15 years old, so yeah, the
    VS should qualifty.

CN also does "six-wheeler" policies now: bikes as well as cars. I might
take that up myself this year.
