    Sort of mid brown colour, bit beefy, bit oniony, bit floury.

    In the Black Forest it was lots of "Neuer Suesser und Zwiebel Kuchen."

    New, still fermenting cloudy sweet white wine and onion cake.

    You *had* to have the office window open next day regardless of how cold
    it was.
