  1. All over my house, all day today! I'm on the flight path for Prestwick
for them, quite a sight and a great noise!

My brother stays in Dunblane ( about 5 miles from Gleneagles ) and says
it's been wild - on Wednesday they coudn't leave their house for the
great unwashed. He's had the same views of all the helicopters, inc.
Air Force 1, and said it was actually a bit surreal to be sitting in
the garden watching all this go on. He also says nearly everyone he's
seen over the last week has been American, sporting an overcoat and
    shades.Swarming with them, apparently.

NOt sure what the pilots would have thought of my kids pretending to
shoot them down, though. Reminds me of the traffic cop / RAF story when
the plod pointed his speed gun at it, and apparently got blasted.

  2. Only since, erm. Tuesday really here - the very odd one before that.
South side Glasgow here, probably 10/15 mins flying time from
    Prestwick.
Arf. Nicely understated, with just the right hint of venom!! 8^ )

Me too, Dave, I've seen a fair load of them passing over Killie - usually
with a wee one in front (is that to take the 'Stinger' before it gets to the
    Chinook?).

Although all in I think us on the West coast had a breeze
traffic/numpty/violence-wise compared with the Central & Edinburgh area's.

Forgot to mention when the sit-down protest on the M9 happened on Wednesday
morning they interviewed some manky bint who stated 'we want to block the
road to prevent these so-called leaders getting to Gleneagles' - my thoughts
were you'll need a feckin' long ladder hen - they're all using Choppers to
    commute!
