Yeah, yeah, I know, left it a bit late....

Should I have booked for Chimay to pitch a tent etc...

It's just that I bought a tent a little while back (and sleeping mat +
sleeping bag). How do people handle food and stuff?

    No booking required, old chap.

Talking of booking - what train are the Saturday travellers getting?

    07:50 ?

Platy! Are you planning on a traditional Saturday luncheon?

Alrighty then. Are you tenting it? Just need to know so I can find a
suitable place to pitch as it were :)

Still not sure if I'm going to go, maybe for just the day and leave at
    night....

Clean hands, if at all possible.

Furthermore, given the extra day of racing, on what night is it
planned to eat steak frites? I might take a trundle down.

No, just turn up and pay. Look for a thread started by ogden earlier in
the week for maps and stuff.
Don't mix cooked and uncooked meats. Unless you're barbecuing, in which
    case its mandatory.

Which reminds me, I've got a few 1-time-use bbq's. Might bring them over....

They sell them in the supermarket there, surprisingly enough.

    I trust you're having a giggle!

I was thinking of something around 11am.

    Ah, the cheap option.

I was going to go cheap, but that meant pre-6am, which I didn't like
    the sound of.

If I'm lunching with the monotreme, it'll need to be between eight and
half past to get there in time.

There will already be a small encampment of those arriving on the
Friday, so keep an eye out for the riff-raff when you arrive. Should
be a similar spot to last year, I imagine.

The "not getting up that early" option, more like.

I'll be heading over solo then, unless anyone's planning to cross at a
    civilised time on Saturday morning.
