  1. Good day all

I am after a cheep smallish rack bag, the ones on the market seem to be too
much money and generally too big for the little 250..

someone mentioned that a camping gear place starting making bike luggage,

can anyone give me any details (cat apparently knows)

    Cheers

    How cheap?

Go to a $2 shop, get a backpack, some webbing (eg a webbing doglead),
    a needle and thread.

Use the webbing to fasten the backpack straps together at the right
    distance for your rack.

Or leave the straps alone, use the webbing to make the rack pocket, and
then that leaves the straps usable for when you have the bag off the
back. Best to set the webbing so the straps are caught between pack and
rack when on the move. Saves you having to tighten and untighten all
    the time.

You can also grab a dog choker chain and a cheap padlock and work out
how to lock the bag to the bike.

Total cost will probably be under $20 for a small bag, closer to $30 for
    a bigger one.

$10 for a backpack? You could get a heap of those stripey
laundry bags for that, plus a roll of cheapo duct tape and
you can make panniers, a tail bag and a waterproof jacket!

It will only hurt the first few times. Once there's
a suitable accumulation of back hair on the gaffa
tape, it's not gonna hurt so much when you take
    the backpack off.
