  1. And eBay specifically rules against the deliberate overcharging on p&p,
and the link referring thereto has been posted several times.

Now do sod off, little man.

  2. Yes, indeed, due to the seller's breaking of Ebay rules by loading the
p&p and by charging p&p even for colleciton in person.

Now do sod off, little man.

  4. As has been pointed out before, this is ridiculous. Sure, I buy and sell
bike bits, but here you're just wrong.

See the sig? Get a clue.

(Oh, and you don't understand the meaning of the word 'blackmail'
    either, you nasty little mammal)

  5. It wouldn't even be defamatory, as it's true ;-)

Not rocket science is it? Very obvious the old fart tried it on but the
seller told him the price was final whether he collected or posted it. Old
fart couldn't believe his eyes and gets mad at the prospect of not being
able to sell on at a profit with his other ID, so goes into "If I Can't Have
it, Nobody Will " mode and threatens to leave negative.

Seller sticks to his guns and tells bottom feeder to go where he belongs.

You really are a thick **** aren't you?

The seller tried to take the piss and nearly got away with it.

What the **** has that got to do with you?
He also owns a bike that the items fitted so he could have actually
wanted them. I know which version I'm going with.

Post your ID on here and I'll quite happily give you a good reason to

I don't give a shit about Ebay and their profits. Perhaps you'd like
to point out to me where I've said bitched about the seller trying to
    screw Ebay?
Selective memory or careful editing? You're guilty of one of those.

Have you got a proper job or do you make a living selling rubbish on
Ebay? I'm just curious because it seems to me that you have a real
problem in reading something without seeing words that are invisible
    to others.

I haven't accused the seller of taking the piss out of Ebay.
Couldn't you find anything to quote where he said he "didn't need them
    for his own bike"?

I expect it's those invisible words catching you out again.

He's just a total fucking idiot.
We've got fairing panels, spare end cans, spare footrests and ****
knows what else hidden away waiting to go on various bikes 'one day'.
That doesn't make me a dealer but spacker would probably say I was.

    Andy Bonwick, Sep 27, 2008
  14. Simple lying. This is probably that spacker, er, Spacker, morphing.

I said I didn't need them there and then, but was just going to bank
them away with various other new and used Ducati parts[1] I've got, on
the "might as well" basis. Exhausts do rot and 750SS cans are rare. Not
expensive, oddly - I bought a brand new one for £40 or so - but rare.
Not many about, but not many owners so not many people looking for 'em.

[1] Spare swinging arm, fuel sender, indicator, air filter, oil filter,
speedo drive, rev counter cable, right-hand silencer.... [2]
    [2] I frequently do this with bikes I keep[3]
[3] You should see what I've got stashed away for the 400 Four, for
    example...

  15. Well, quite. He's also got, to judge by his posts elsewhere, some, shall
we say, questionable tastes and preferences.

Fundamentally, he's a nasty little dork who assumes that everyone else
    is of the same ilk.

Have you not even the intelligence to look at item headers?

  17. He hasn't even the intelligence to know what 'blackmail' means, even
though it's been pointed out to him.
