Cheapest place to get a steering damper?

I dunno, I guess I've always had this mental image of Moto Guzzi being
the italian version of Harley Davidson. Antiquated, somewhat agricultural,
    under-developed machinery.
I did briefly consider that they might need them to tame dodgy handling
characteristics, but dismissed the (frankly ludicrous) idea, that an
Italian manufacturer could ever design anything less than perfect. The
wobbles and shakes would just 'manly' characteristics that any red blooded
male should proudly take in their stride. Fitting a steering damper would
be tantamount to admitting flaws. Er, that sort of thing.

TBH, I'm not entirely sure why it's got one; you really have to provoke
it to get any reaction and even then its not too worrying.

It does so love to shimmy though, and I wasn't even pushing it.
