Ukrm's favourite bike clothing retailer has asked me to offer you good
people a heavily discounted place on the following track day.

It is on Brands Indy circuit, Monday 13th June (next Monday). The
organisers are No Limits and they are offering places at £100, not
their usual £165. Places must be booked and paid for via Graham at GLF
Accessories - *NOT* direct through No Limits - to qualify for this
    discount.

Graham can be contacted on 01525 717009 if you require more details or
    wish to book a place.

You're a bloody salesman, you should be able to resist! Maybe you
    should take some lessons...

I like Brands Hatch. And some **** in work has thrown a sickie this
week (probably **** all to do with the nice weather and the big boss
being off for a fortnight, as fucking usual).

And I have to cover the bitches job.

    Bastard.

    I *have* to.

It's in the real world, see. The salesmen sell fresh produce, the
buyers have wagons waiting, they can't afford to not have someone do
the orders. Otherwise your tomatoes would be going off a bit quicker
   )

  11. GP cct include all but about 60 feet of the Indy cct.

The bits out into the woods are mostly straight. (Even more so since on
the bike the chicane is not a chicane.)

What am I missing about the GP cct?

Well, having done more than a couple of laps round there a few weeks
ago, I can see how you might think that. There is a decent straight
to speak off out to Hawthorn, and this is a great, high speed corner.
Westfield has been remodeled now, as has Dingle Dell, but they're
still quite interesting. So, that's 3 extra corners.

I think the main complaint about the Indy circuit is that it's too
short. The full circuit is more interesting just because it has more
    on it.

that's not always true. My dad was a fantastic salesman, and is still
an amazing haggler/deal-do-er when buying stuff.

  18. Firstly thanks for a decent knowlegable answer.

Secondly, perhaps if you only raced a respectable 20 laps like everyone
else you wouldn't have time to get bored!

Actually I think it is that truly great salesmen enjoy the process
    whether buying *or* selling

heh. 20 laps is actually bloody long for a club race - most are only
6 or 8, with sometimes 10 for the final. One of the reasons I got
into endurance racing was to avoid poxy little 6 lap dashes.
