Channel 10 gave quite a bit of airtime to the protest. However it had a
    decidedly negative spin. Some examples..........

*A few mentions of how motorcyclists are against the introduction of FNP's
as they don't wish to be tolled or be fined.

*A short grab of Alex Money painting the picture of a Toy Run sized group
clogging the tunnel, which came across as a thinly veiled threat of future
    action.

*A live cross to some bimbo who made mention of the poor motorists just
trying to get home after a long working week. She made great pains to point
out that Citylink refuted claimed attendance numbers down from 1000 as
stated by organisers, to 700 as claimed by Citylink, and that she had seen a
few motorcyclists stray into the one lane that was allocated for "motorists"
(That burns me, FFS we're all motorists) and shook her head saying "That's
    not good".

About the only positive thing was David Cummings calling for Citylink to
reduce or waive tolls for lengthened travel times experienced as a result of
    the protest.

Sorry to say it folks, but the protest run looks to have been a very
negative excercise. The media had full control on reporting what it thought
were the objectives. Not a single mention of the wasteful government
    spending.

Channel 9's version was slightly more upbeat and very short, commenting on
how the protesters were true to their word as far as agreed conduct goes,
but there was a grab of some Citylink official stating that "it's a clear
message wanting to use the tunnels to protest that they won't get public
    support".

The report at least called it an awareness ride, however the only issue they
    mentioned was FNP's of course.

That would presuppose that A Current Affair actually deals with current
    affairs. In reality, it doesn't
