My bike 1980 Cb 650 Custom with individual K&Ns and a 4 into 1 Header.
Problem bike runs lean and requires re-jetting/needles moved up.
From what I understand the stock was 100s on the main jets and that
the mechanical carbs of the 1980 can be adjusted for the needles as
    they have groove /clips.
Any info for me to re-jet this baby with out a jet kit? There is a
Dyno-jet available in the States, but here in Canada, not.
Where should I start on the size in percent up?
    Thanks In Advance .

  2. Start by doing a google search for has said about a
hundred times in this group about "round jets" or "round main jets"
and "pilot jets" or "idle jets"...

Also, visit the www.factorypro website and read what they have to say
    about tuning CV carbs...
