After three weeks away, I see that Des is still not yet in everyone's
kf and as far as I can work out no-one's got the FBOTY2004# yet.

    Anything else happened?

I thought that was already covered by your role as proto-pope?
    Cowering down right now, Sir!

Dunno. I've been a bit too busy to keep up with the froup for the past
couple of weeks, so join me in hitting catch up and wallowing in ignorance
for the next couple of days.

To the KFs or the FBOTY? Surely not the latter, unless Santa was very
    nice to him...

To the k'files. As for the FBOTY, TOG's already claimed the FBOTYi.
    Google for it. :)

    Aye, it's popped up now.
Nice that you enjoyed it. Bit hung up on places wi' altitude though. Probly
irrational but it seems the best way to be snow assured.

Heard on the grapevine that the company which manages apartment rentals etc.
in La Tania just went bankrupt. Tough times or what?

Well the village is at 1850 and the skiing goes up to ~2500m. How much
    more do you want?

Gee I didn't know they had such big hills there! very surprised. Why does
it get slagged off so I wonder.
Perhaps there has been a lot of tectonic activity recently.

Ah, of course, the thread with no responses :)

Anyway - interesting. I'd always discounted Andorra as being "too
easy", but your report suggests otherwise. Cheers.

    Heh. s'got one now.
And would have more if you and hog put yours there instead of here.

    Don't over-estimate the place - it's only really off-piste that
    there's any real challenges...

    ....so, just like every other resort then ;-}
